Question: We are part of a complex at Big Bear Lake, in California, which is part of a planned-unit development. Some checking indicated that lenders do not consider this falling under the constraints of the Federal Housing Administration’s requirement that entire projects must be approved before it will insure a mortgage on a unit in that property. Is this in concert with your thinking?
